Take one capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon before 2 pm. Individuals who weigh less than 150 lbs (68 kg) may find one capsule (half serving) to be sufficient, while larger individuals may take two capsules (one serving). Do not exceed more than 2 capsules within an 8-hour period.
CAUTION
Not recommended for children under the age of 18 years. Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you have a health condition or are taking medication. Do not use during pregnancy or while nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

I love that I have added this to my daily routine. It does not make me jittery at all. Take one in the morning with my shake and 1 around lunch time. Keeps the cravings at bay and I feel more focused an energized throughout the day. Highly recommend adding this to your daily regimen.

I have tried this Majik for months and haven't seen any results. Work out every day and absolutely nothing. Too expensive to keep buying with no results.
