- Focus + Energy contains 120 mg of caffeine per serving. Do not exceed three servings per day.
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has placed an upper limit for a daily consumption of caffeine at 400mg. Please use caution when drinking Focus + Energy with other caffeine-containing products, such as PureCafé or Metabolic Max.

This is helping me focus, especially when I need a quick boost of energy after a long day and it does it for me without the caffeine jitters. It works well alone, or in tandem with Aqua Lean and Metabolic Max.

I am so glad the name is new. This product helped me personally recover from lingering brain fog after a virus. The lemon is my go to flavor. I add it to iced tea, or drink it hot to sooth a sore throat. I am never without this flavor.
