My husband suffers from insomnia and this has helped him to sleep. He says it allows him to go into a "deep" sleep. He even asked for it (extra shipment) when he ran out.

I’m 79 years old and I started along Sleep Trim and nothing else except PureCafe Bold and within 2 months lost 17lbs taking half a dose. I am 5'2.5” my weight started at 160 and dropped to 143 and lost inches in chest waist and hips.

This stuff is pure magic! Time-released melatonin + a relaxation blend = my ultimate sleep solution. At my age, I used to wake up in the middle of the night, tossing and turning. Now, I’m finally sleeping through the night and waking up rested—something I never thought would happen. For me, just one capsule works wonders, even though they recommend two. Sleeptrim is a total game-changer!
