My mind was always racing during the night. Normally falling asleep is not a problem. This helps to calm the moods and stress at the end of the day. Some people use it in the morning, too. Have tested it, too! I have decided not to take it and my night was not the normal resting one I enjoy!! The SleepTrim is another that I use, too!

I have been super stressed for the past few months. I began taking Serene to help combat that stress. I love how it made me feel better able to cope with all the things going on in my life without having to turn to medication. I will definitely not leave home without it!

I have been taking LivePure products for over 6 years. I love them! I just recently added Serene to my routine. I’m a busy Mom with two teenage sons that keep us busy with baseball. Also, my grandmother has been very ill and passed away. I was assisting with her care during this time. Serene helped me through this like a charm!!! I cannot recommend it enough. Life gets crazy, take the Serene!

My friends and I joke about having turndown service. Seriously though, this is now a part of my nightly turndown routine. Very gentle, I go to sleep faster and feel refreshed waking up!

What can I say about Serene? It’s incredibly calming and has made a tremendous difference for me post-menopause. The stress I used to feel is gone, and overall, I feel wonderfully balanced. It’s been a game-changer!

This has been a game changer for me. Quite honestly - friends have noticed a big difference in how much more relaxed and calm I am. Work had me stressed all the time for years. Now I'm much more chill and take each day as it comes. I sleep better and wake up without morning anxiety. It really is fantastic. Try it - what do you have to lose? Other than your stress... ; )

If you are like all of us under daily stress this is my preferred go to, it helps me feel balanced and calm. It helps me get to sleep easier and stay asleep longer. I encourage you to get this in daily. Its a must have for me.
