My 13yr old and I love the energize for our early morning work outs! It's not too stimulating to the point where you are vibrating like some other pre workouts. This perks me up and helps push me through those early morning lifts.

If I don't have my water with one of these scoops in it on my daily commute (along with my coffee) then my day does not start correctly! Energizing, hydrating, and great nourishment for your body!

While I don't use this to get me going at the gym, I use it every morning to get my day started. I gave up pop years ago and don't drink coffee or tea so this works wonders! I truly love the cherry flavor!
