I take two every morning without fail. When I learned about the special capsule that prevents the contents from being destroyed in the stomach, I was impressed. It's nice knowing that the product is actually reaching the gut, where it is needed. Gut health is immune health, too. This is a huge tool not to be overlooked.

As a Physician Assistant, this probiotic is the Best that I have seen. I love it because it is made with micro-encapsulating technology which allows the probiotic species to get to the Small and Large intestestine, where they need to go and are not destroyed by our stomach acid on the way. It is great start to a Healthy Gut. If your gut is inflamed, then so is the rest of your body. It's a win to build up our Immune system.

Let me tell you, I have tried so many probiotic and these are absolutely the best. This is one of the three products that have put my ulcerative colitis in remission. You can't find any better products. Not sure what I would ever do without them.
