I am finally able to get rest at night. No more sleeping 15 minutes and staying up 3, 4, 6 hours or more. I get a full 6 or 7 hours of sleep now and wake ready to greet the day. I didn't know what real rest felt like till Serene entered my life@

I have never had an issue going to sleep at night. My issue has been staying asleep and keeping my mind turned off. Serene to the rescue! Serene seems to relax my mind and allow me to get a more restful night's sleep. I take one or two at bedtime.

If I was ever in a stressful situation such as being stranded on a desert or a dark alley and needing to think my way out, this is the product I would take with me. It helps me stay calm and creative without freaking out. On top of taking it by itself for amazing results, I take it with CalciuMK for amazing sleep.

love, love , love serene. Started using it when I went off my anxiety and depression meds. I take in high moments of stress and it works quickly in keeping me calm, focused, and moving forward throughout the day. even kept an extra bottle in my desk at work when I was teaching.

We have been giving this to my 17 year old daughter who struggles with anxiety and nightmares. Since starting Serene we have been able to get her off of her prescription meds for sleep and only take this! She says she gets better sleep and hasn't been having the nightmares! We will never be without it!
