I took this product two days in a row. Each day it gave me horrible anxiety. This is supposed to help “things move”. I didn’t have a bowel movement either of the 2 days I took it.

I have struggled with digestive problems and constipation for most of my life. This product has worked very effectively to improve regularity in a balanced, consistent way that doesn't take things in to the opposite extreme. I really appreciate this product and the specific attention to detail they have taken to include ingredients that support and rejuvenate my system rather than just increasing elimination rate.
