- Focus + Energy contains 120 mg of caffeine per serving. Do not exceed three servings per day.
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has placed an upper limit for a daily consumption of caffeine at 400mg. Please use caution when drinking ENERGY with other caffeine-containing products, such as PURE Café or Metabolic ONE.

Cleanest way to get energy throughout the day. When you need a pick me up just add a pack to your bottle of water and get energy. Can use a pre-workout as well. Highly recommend Energy

I’m so glad I was introduced to the energy sticks. Everything in them are natural and they have pure ingredients in them! So no high fructose corn syrup or sugars that make you crash. I take them when I feel that slump in my day when I need more energy ,and there are multiple flavors to choose from!

I love to keep these in my purse and throw them in my luggage. As they age, they do have a tendency to clump. I assume that is because they do not have any anti-taking agent in them. They still dissolve sufficiently when put in water and allowed to soak for a few minutes.

When I first tried Energy, I was unsure if I liked it. It tasted different than other forms of caffeine, but after a few days, I can not go without one stick in the morning. I don't need to reach for any other caffeine all day long. I like this healthier more natural choice for my pick me up and feel better than ever!

Cleanest way to get energy throughout the day. When you need a pick me up just add a pack to your bottle of water and get energy. Can use a pre-workout as well. Highly recommend Energy

I’m so glad I was introduced to the energy sticks. Everything in them are natural and they have pure ingredients in them! So no high fructose corn syrup or sugars that make you crash. I take them when I feel that slump in my day when I need more energy ,and there are multiple flavors to choose from!

I love to keep these in my purse and throw them in my luggage. As they age, they do have a tendency to clump. I assume that is because they do not have any anti-taking agent in them. They still dissolve sufficiently when put in water and allowed to soak for a few minutes.
