Chia seeds are prized for their ability to provide sustainable energy and have been a food staple in both the Mayan and Aztec cultures, along with native tribes of North America. In fact, chia is the ancient Mayan word for strength.
Mila® is a super food that is gluten-free, trans-fat free, sugar-free, and is a superior plant-based source of protein and fiber. Mila uses different varieties of the chia seed to provide a wide array of nutrients. By combining these crops, you get a nutritionally robust product.
Why Micro Sliced?
Whole chia seeds are not fully digested by the body leaving a significant portion of their nutritional properties wasted. Micro-sliced describes the process of how the chia seeds in Mila are "broken open" in order to maximize their nutritional value. LivePURE has invested in customized manufacturing equipment, which slices a significant quantity of the seeds through this process. Heat is also not introduced into this process in order to maintain the sliced seeds nutritional integrity.
Contains the omega-3 fat ALA, or “alpha-linolenic acid.” ALA has been shown to support heart health; in fact, studies have illustrated improved cardiovascular health among those with a high intake of ALA- containing foods, like Mila.
Mila also helps meet the fiber needs of your family. The fiber found in Mila is predominantly insoluble fiber, a form of fiber that aids in the relief of occasional constipation.

How to Use

Children: Start with 1 tablespoon one time per day
Mila’s mild flavor and impressive absorbency—up to 10 times its weight in water—make it a versatile addition to your daily routine. Use it to thicken sauces, puddings, dips, and spreads, or as a plant-based swap in baking.
To replace 1 egg or ¼ cup of oil, mix 1 tablespoon of Mila with 3 tablespoons of water and let it sit for 15 minutes before adding to your recipe.
Sprinkle it into smoothies, oatmeal, or baked goods to boost nutrition without changing taste.

We have added Mila to our daily routine for several years now. Either in Mila protein balls, in soups, morning smoothie and even with peanut butter. I've noticed better gut issues and for me my joint stiffness has eased. If I add Mila with an evening snack I always seem to sleep better.

I am in love with Mila! It helps me focus, it cleans my intestines out and overall makes me use the bathroom 10x easier! It’s also great substitution for eggs if you aren’t a fan of eggs or cannot eat them :) Also you can make pudding out of this with our pure protein for your kiddos!

I LOVE MILA- Was taking fish oil capsules for a year and they barely did a thing. One month on Mila and my bloodwork markers doubled. I sprinkle it in my eggs, casserole meals, oatmeal smoothies and baked goods. SO EASY and tasteless.

My kids love the way Mila has benefitted them. They are loving it in their oatmeal bites in the morning (On the side of their live pure smoothie of course). 3/4 cup of almond butter, 3/4 cup of rolled oats, 3/4 cup of Mila, 2 tbs of honey, 2 tsp of vanilla and cinnamon to taste. TRY IT OUT!

This product is a game-changer for my kids. Desperation has been my middle name for years--we have tried all the best of the best (or so we thought). Anything labeled "mood balancer", "stress" or "happy" for children--we have tried it! I have poured God knows thousands of dollars into the toilet on things that haven't met our needs. Desperation even brought up to the psychiatrist office a few times (against my will, not knowing which way to turn). I have 4 children, 2 of which are emotional roller coasters and that is the greatest understatement I can make about them. Just a few days into them taking this, and there is no fighting, arguing, tantrums, crying, overstimulation etc. Their focus is there, and they can have REAL conversations without breaking down or getting overwhelmed. I am floored in the best way at the FAST results. If you are in debate, just buy it. Try it. And love it.
