Sulfur has become my number one product. I take multiple products daily but this is the one that I truly cannot live without. I have terrible Arthritis in my hands. And before I started taking it, I was taking anti-inflammatories daily. Since I've been taking it I don't take anything over-the-counter anymore for the nidules and pain in my fingers. This product is amazing and I would recommend it for anybody to replace. The tylenol, the ibuprofen and anything that's harsh on the kidneys and liver.
