This coffee does not seem as acidic as other instant coffees and the individual packets make it so easy. I’m dairy free so it’s nice to have an option for adding an alternative-milk creamer and my go to sweetener, stevia. The best part, however, has been the improvement in gut health that I’ve experienced and attribute to the cordyceps.

With the benefits it has and it being a mushroom was definitely a little skeptical if it was going to actually taste good. Not only did I not get my normal anxiety jitters I usually get from caffeine, stomach upset, etc., it also tastes super good!

My first taste reminded me of a drinking a cup from a Venetian coffee bar! I was surprised by the taste and the price was less than a buck a cup! I could not smell, taste, or see the cordyceps!
